Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and placed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, our specialized logistics partners will contact you to schedule a convenient time for professional furniture removal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
